NEW MOON
Quiet yet, those silent rooms
Within his sleek, mathematical head
Regarding love's chaotic looms
On which are weaved silk strands of red.
But then a hand, as yet unseen,
A face, a smile, a word just right
Will open up the door between
And give those hidden rooms some light.
