To the desk of First Officer, Mr. Spock

Dear Sir:
It has come to my attention through the ship's communication board
that there is a certain officer who fails to see the skilled ability
of a certain officer on the bridge. The offended officer's moral has
dropped down to 15%. If you would calculate the odds, you can see how
this could interfere with the officer's performance on the bridge.
The displeased officer has been patient, tranquil and tolerant of the
unimpassioned and unwavering head officer.
I would like to discuss this rude behavior with you tonight if
possible. It is crucial that this matter is cleared before tomorrow
morning, ships time. Since all department heads will be meeting in
all the conference rooms, I suggest we hold this intense meeting in
my quarters. It may not be wise for others to hear what Will be
voiced. This will be a Heated debate I'm sure on my part and there
may be a slight possibility that you may Loose Control. I want to
make you aware of this underestimated officers Abilities so we can
Rectify future encounters. Your Position in this will be Blissfully
appreciated. Because I will be off duty, I will be wearing something
a little more comfortable than my uniform. If you do not wish to see
me in my choice of clothing, I will simply get rid of it. I look
forward to this meeting tonight with you Mr. Spock.
